The Enterprise-G holds particular significance as the final ship to bear the legendary name in Star Trek: Picard. Originally the U.S.S. Titan-A under Captain Liam Shaw, the vessel was renamed after surviving a confrontation with the Borg and passed to Captain Seven of Nine with Ensign Jack Crusher at the conn. This transition represents a new chapter in the Enterprise legacy, making both ships essential for collectors following the Picard storyline.

Master Replicas has built a reputation for high-quality Star Trek collectibles, with their Starship Library series joining established products like illuminated wall panels and prop replicas. The competition serves as both a celebration of Star Trek Week and an introduction to their expanded product range for collectors who may be new to the brand.
