Master Replicas Kicks Off 2026 with the Battlestar Atlantia
Master Replicas just dropped their first new release of the year, and it's a good one: the Battlestar Atlantia from the original 1978 series. Limited to just 350 pieces worldwide, this one's going to move fast.

Why the Atlantia Matters
For those who need a refresher, the Atlantia holds a significant place in BSG lore. The original series established that twelve Battlestars existed (one for each colony), though only eight were ever named on screen. The Atlantia was one of the few we actually got to see.
She served as President Adar's flagship and played host to the Council of Twelve during that ill-fated "peace conference" over Cimtar. We all know how that ended—a Cylon Death Squadron flew directly into one of her flight pods, and the Atlantia was lost along with most of Colonial leadership.
It's a ship that represents the beginning of the end for the Colonies, which makes it a pretty significant piece of the Classic BSG story.
The Details
The model measures 10.5 inches in length and is constructed from die-cast metal and ABS plastic. It's the same build quality we've come to expect from the Master Replicas/Eaglemoss collaboration.
Pricing sits at $74.99 USD (or £59.99 on the UK site), which is consistent with their other Classic Battlestar releases.
What makes this one particularly interesting is Master Replicas' stated goal of releasing models of all eight named Battlestars from the original series. If you're trying to build out a complete Classic BSG fleet, this is obviously one you'll want to grab.
Should You Buy It?
With only 350 units available globally and the site showing they're in stock and shipping now, this is very much a "decide quickly" situation. The limited edition Galactica pieces have historically sold through, and the Atlantia carries the added appeal of being a ship we don't often see in model form.
If you've been building out a Classic BSG collection, or if you just appreciate having a piece of Colonial history that most people overlook. This is worth the investment.
I ordered mine! :)
