Collector Notes
The "test version" of the Excelsior from Star Trek III, with lines from its boastful commander, Captain Styles, voiced by James B. Sikking. Its sound sequence plays the transwarp failure, with the lights flashing as the engines die. It differs from the Star Trek VI ship in its NX registry and unlit nacelles, and came with a sturdier two-point stand. Solicited in June 2014 for October, it slipped to April 2015.
